Bailey + Hiram Engagement Session in Highland Park

I started Bailey & Hiram’s session asking if they were “picture people” and they simultaneously responded: “Yes!” Significantly more frequently I hear a less enthusiastic response. (As you might imagine!) After our session, I can confirm, and would gladly provide a reference to validate they are picture people. Not only did they smile big and laugh hard through all our time together, they were up for anything and also had me rolling. They fell into poses like they were made for it and we even ended the session in the water of the fountain – my first time volunteers! So much fun. The best way to make holiday weekend work feel like time off.

Bailey & Hiram had a fresh tan from a few days on the lake to show off during their session. Their engagement photos were the last stop of a fun long Labor Day weekend. Within a few minutes into our time, we realized Hiram and I went to the same high school, graduated just a year apart, and had never met before that day! Such a small world. Bailey went to nursing school with another one of my brides (who sweetly recommended me to Bailey). It’s so funny how we all get connected to one another. Joyful clients bring more joyful clients. It’s a fun loop.

This session has me thrilled for their May wedding at The White Sparrow Barn – of course, because they’re such a good looking couple, but mostly because they are so much fun and I know their wedding day will be a huge reflection of that (and they’re genuine picture people😉). Counting down the days!!!
