Eleanor and her bride squad arrived at the venue relaxed and already beyond beautiful. They ate brunch and sipped mimosas in the prettiest nightgowns before slipping into some of my absolute favorite dresses (both bride & bridesmaids’!). The ladies laughed so easy with me through pictures, and Eleanor couldn’t have been a more relaxed, peaceful, or stunning bride. Jay & the men shared the same easygoing vibe. The whole wedding party was truly a delight to work with from beginning to end.

The venue matched the refined taste and classic beauty of the bride & groom. Breathtaking florals lined the stairs, the doorway, and the arch where Eleanor & Jay said their vows. The bouquets complimented the rose, satin bridesmaids dresses perfectly, and the reception featured colorful centerpieces at every table. I could have shot Slow Darling’s handiwork for days.

Every detail added to the atmosphere so well, yet the day seemed to pass without a single worry or rush. The people celebrating and the vendors contributing all made such a dream team. A Ruthie’s Food Truck arrived serving delicious grilled cheeses after dinner – the absolute perfect late night snack. Nightowl Coffee Cart offered lattes with flavors like maple bourbon, pumpkin spice, and lavender to choose from (I went with the lavender and I exaggerate nothing when I say it was the best I’d ever had). And at the end of the night, the newlyweds climbed in a vintage turquoise getaway car (to-go lattes in hand).

When all is said and done, the beauty in the day was Eleanor & Jay starting their marriage and celebrating so well with all their family and friends. I could tell from the beginning it would be a wonderful day based off their sweet and excited demeanors alone – even before everything went right and looked beautiful. This day was a joy all around and an honor to document. Eleanor & Jay, thank you for letting me celebrate with you!
