Bailey and Hiram’s wedding day was one of the very happiest to date. I don’t know I’ve ever used claimed someone’s smile “lit up a room” before, but it was true for Bailey all day long (scroll through a few images and you’ll immediately know what I mean). Her bright countenance and the cutest laugh I’ve ever heard made every space she enter glow. Bailey was a light, a literal sunshine.

And Bailey’s not the only one! Hiram was also a true joy on his wedding day. When they shared a “first touch” before the ceremony and held hands without seeing one another, Hiram’s sweet reaction rivaled the down the aisle moment. Just hearing his bride’s voice made him melt. (What a good sign!).

The wedding parties were full, enthusiastic, and so happy to celebrate Bailey and Hiram. I already mentioned Bailey’s smile lighting up every room she entered, but I think the two of them really had that in common. It was so easy to see how loved they were by all their people.

They honored their families and included their grandparents in the ceremony. They chose pinks and some subtle light blues to paint their day as bright and fun as they knew it would be. The rain threatened their outdoor plans, but they remained composed and joyful calling some audibles for the ceremony. Everything looked beautiful and felt intentional. They did such a wonderful job crafting the perfect day, full of uniqueness, color and class.

But the fun didn’t stop when the marriage started – their friends and family brought the party on the dance floor too. As amazing as the party was, one of favorite parts of the ceremony happened before the floor opened: the moms and daughters danced to the Gilmore Girls theme song! I died. I can’t believe I’d never seen that before, because it was the sweetest thing.

Bailey and Hiram, thank you for lighting up my life with your smiles on your wedding day. There is something so special about the energy the two of you have together, absolutely overflowing joyfulness. I can’t wait for you to see every moment of this day. Enjoy this thorough preview so much for now!
