Sunrise sessions have been popular lately and I am their biggest fan! This morning with Hannah & Hudson is the perfect example of morning light, vacant streets, and relative coolness that makes summer sessions so much more enjoyable.

Hannah & Hudson arrived at Trinity Groves with their two sweet little dogs – Chicken and Noodle. (How cute?!). Chicken joined the family first (the little chihuahua) and Noodle came after, completing the perfect set. They are such an unlikely pair and I’m obsessed with it. I knew Hannah really valued photos and loved the dogs to pieces, so it was fun grabbing some shots of the babies between photos with Hannah & Hudson. Some of my favorites ended up being the whole (soon to be!) family, but Chicken’s glamor shots are all contenders. 😉

Hannah’s Kate Spade dress & heels were perfect pair against their urban backdrop. After the sun got a little higher, we moved on to Flippen Park – one of my favorite spots in Highland Park. I love the combination of greenery and cityscape in these images. I think we got such a great variety!

Hannah & Hudson, thank you for joining me early early in the morning and being such a joy to be around. The two of you and the two sweet dogs made my morning such a good one, and I couldn’t help but smile through these edits. Counting down to June!
