Alyssa + Josh at Knotting Hill Place

Alyssa & Josh’s wedding day was as classy as it was fun – such a hard balance to achieve, but their fun personalities combined with exquisite taste & execution created some real magic.

Knotting Hill Place the perfect backdrop for this stunning bride & groom, as well as their thoughtfully chosen black & white details. The invitation suite was stark black, white, and adorned with a golden seal. The ladies wore black jumpsuits and held classic white bouquets. The same creamy florals decorated the ceremony and reception spaces, juxtaposed against velvet black tablecloths. The visual was nothing short of dreamy and romantic.

And Alyssa & Josh were nothing short of a delight. Alyssa was so sweet and calm when I walked into her bridal suite in the morning. She kept all her bridesmaids (and me!) laughing throughout the day and was absolutely giddy with excitement. What a dream of a bride!

The stunning bride shared a first look with her bridesmaids, dad, and groom. I couldn’t pick a favorite, because Alyssa’s smile in her gorgeous dress was enough to make everyone melt. I did love getting to see the bride & groom’s chemistry when they finally united though. Josh’s fun personality is the perfect compliment to his bride’s. They are a true joy to be around.

And like every sweet wedding day, it ended with the most fun reception. Alyssa changed from her formal gown to another stunning white dress for the party, she danced with her dad to a coordinated mash up, and during toasts, there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. Watching Alyssa & Josh’s family members on the dancefloor was another sure highlight.

Alyssa & Josh, you are both so much fun! And it shows! How your personalities come through in these images is one of my favorite things about them.
