What a day! Morgan + Garrett’s stunning wedding at The Grand Ivory was filled with class, style, and elegance – as well as so much fun.
I knew this day would be both beautiful and a party when their two best friends joined us for engagement photos. They were not only hilarious, but so helpful serving Morgan + Garrett any way they could. The personality of the full bridal party did not fall short of that amazing preview, and their bridesmaids & groomsmen made the day. I love seeing wedding parties match the energy of the bride & groom so well.
An enthusiastic first look with bridesmaids and an emotional one with father of the bride started the day off so sweet. Morgan made the most stunning bride, and everybody knew it. Garrett finally had his chance to tear up when he watched his bride make her way down the aisle. Cheers with the wedding party, snuggles with the flower girl, and glowing portraits with the newlyweds fell between “I do!” and “Let’s party!” After dances and cake cutting, Morgan changed into her reception look – tiered tule & high top converse – the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. This day was a sweet one, a classic one, and a good one. I’m so thankful I got to celebrate the Abney’s alongside such a fun group of family and friends. Cheers to the newlyweds!!!
