Debbie & Brian’s elevated, intimate home ceremony and reception embodied everything a couple could hope for their day. All aspects from sounds, textures, to tastes were immaculate and crafted with thoughtfulness and care. Lush, creamy florals cascaded down the outdoor fireplace. Limoncello ushered guests from cocktail hour to the dinner table, and fresh bread garnished with rosemary marked the menu. The details planned by the incredible Wandering Events team truly created a wedding to remember.

One of my personal favorite aspects of the home wedding day is the importance of every single guest to the bride & groom. There’s no wondering who’s who when all fifty chairs are filled with family and teary eyed friends. Debbie waved hello on her walk down the aisle and hugged all the guests on the perimeter and she joyfully made her way out as a newlywed. The energy created by such deep intimacy within the guests is a true gift to experience – and a joy to become a part of as its documentarian.

As Debbie made her way down the aisle, her father had the privilege of giving her away. His sweet enthusiasm was one of my favorite elements to capture (scroll to see what I mean!), unrivaled by the bride & groom, eager to mark their marriage and continue the sweet life they’ve built together. Later the covered patio was transformed from ceremony space to dance floor as Debbie shared dances with both her groom and father.

The Elevation Band brought the party along with fresh made cannolis as good as they looked and a Paciugo stand serving wedding cake flavored ice cream. Family & friends danced the night away under twinkle lights, beside the sparkling blue pool. These hours were the sweetest and truly ethereal.

Debbie & Brian, what a gift to celebrate you! You had the most beautiful day, and it was a genuine delight to bring my artistry into it. Cheers to the newlyweds!
